Retractable Umbrellas
Retractable umbrellas are available in a variety of shapes, sizes, colors and decorations, as well as folding and fixed options. Appropriate apparatus and cooling systems, heating and lighting systems are also added according to the preferences of our customers.
While suitable surfaces are presented for small-sized and temporary umbrellas, suitable reinforced concrete foundation projects are prepared for larger-sized umbrellas.
AG umbrellas are designed to withstand a wind load of 27 m/s according to EC standards. While the membrane material with a minimum of 5 years guarantee provides maximum UV protection, it can be used for a longer time its self-cleaning PVDF top polish.
The mechanical system of folding umbrellas is also guaranteed.
Membrane
The flexible membrane cover used in umbrellas is a polyester-based, PVC-coated material that has been repeatedly tested against folding and unfolding.
The products have high resistance to abrasion and chemical attack for a long service life. Compliance, mechanical, color, waterproof and fire classification guarantees are met within the limits provided by the material manufacturers.
Metal
The column and arms may be selected stainless steel or cold formed steel. All metal elements are protected against corrosion by painting and/or galvanizing if they are not stainless steel. They are designed according to the dimensions and can be used safely for many years.

FAQ
We can produce much bigger sizes than the ones seen in catalogue. The sizes are in the catalogue work on electrical basis. However, we produced 9×9 umbrella with hydraulic basis. The working mechanism is different. We can also produce 21×21 m. The thing here that their projects are not ready and need time for project.
If the customer demands bigger sizes than we may add the project time in the Schedule.
For the retractable umbrellas we made 3 projects. I’ll prepare a succes story for them
The motor details changeable. Wind load is 80 km per hour. I think it is not very important for the marketing issue. However, I can say that there should be ups for the Systems.
Motor capacity depends on the size of the module. Their number, the collapsing scenarios also affect and the distance between moduli also affect the capacity of the motor.
We used Serge Ferrari 6002 for the previous projects. There are similar alternatives, prices are almost similar, but it’s better if we start with this material.
There is a high segment alternative which is USA origin, tenara. Its price is higher than Ferrari.
Warranty for the fabric is supplied by the manufacturer (f.e.Serge Ferrari) depending on the material. Serge Ferrari 6002 has 5 years waranty. We added this to the catalogue.
Motor has 2 years warranty while the system has 1 year warranty with load bearing components.

You may assume that all materials are steel (or aluminum) and membrane. In addition, profile covers, armrests and membrane pulling apparatuses are used from plastic products.

The current system is made according to 80 km/h wind speed.
The lightening can be supplied easily by the plates connecting to the columns with bolts. The type of the lightening depends on the architectural preference.
